This wine is part of Heart & Hands 'ESO series', a collection of Estate grown wines that explores the intriguing facets of an ESOteric selection of grape varieties. This wine is comprised of a blend of 56% Auxerrois, 23% Aligoté, and 21% Petite Arvine harvested by hand from their limestone-rich Estate Vineyard on Cayuga Lake. Certified sustainable Estate vineyard grown, hand harvested, each grape was fermented separately in it's own vessel before blending. Only 176 cases produced!
