This highly acclaimed, prestigious Demeter-Certified Biodynamic wine was the first in Hermann Wiemer's exploration of biodynamic farming practices. Named after the biodynamic calendar's "Flower Days"—when vineyards are traditionally left to rest and the wine is meant to be enjoyed—the grapes are harvested on specific, optimal fruit days to capture pure aromatics. Grown organically, herbicide and pesticide free, hand-picked, whole cluster pressed, and fermented using indigenous wild yeasts in 100% stainless steel. Unfined & Unfiltered. Fun Fact: Since no filtering agents were used when bottling, this is also a certified Vegan wine. Nature at it's finest!
