An ancient grape variety native to the country of Georgia, it was first brought to the Finger Lakes by Dr. Konstantin Frank himself in the early 1960s. One of the few grapes that has color inside AND out (flesh and skins) that leads to deep hues. Aged in French oak, full bodied, bold tannins, long finish - this wine is made to age but also delicious to enjoy now.
