Although Sauvignon Blanc is often a celebrated cool-climate white wine, you won't find much planted in the Finger Lakes; making this bottling from Hosmer extra special. From vines planted in 2013 on Hosmer Estate silt loam soil (West Cayuga Lake) the grapes were cold soaked for 48 hours before pressing into a blend of stainless steel and neutral oak.
